Amy’s Elite Dance Force’s Registration Packet 2026-2027 Season

Important Information

"All Inclusive Payment Plan" 

Your Monthly Payment Plan will now include the cost of tuition, recital fee, and costume fee(s). Meaning that at no time will you ever owe a larger amount throughout the season! The amount owed remains the same whether it is a long (5 lesson) month or a short (3 lesson) month and regardless of absences. Tuition is not prorated for holiday months. The all inclusive payment plan amount is a one set price based on your agreement to register for our dance season. However, payments are broken down monthly. THE MONTHLY AMOUNT IS DUE THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH. Payment must be made using the student poral via card or bank account. A late fee of $15 will be added to your account on the 5th of the month. If no payment has been made by the 10th of the month, that month’s balance along with your $15 late fee will automatically be charged to the card / bank account on file which is required at registration. All payments MUST BE PAID ONLINE, USING THE STUDENT PORTAL.. Students with delinquent accounts of 30 days or more will be dismissed. Accounts must be paid in full to pick up costumes, participate in the recital, and / or to register for a new dance season.

     FEES:

• One Recital Class:  $95 A MONTH FOR ALL 9 MONTHS

• Two Recital Classes: $126 A MONTH FOR ALL 9 MONTHS

• Three Recital Classes: $157 A MONTH FOR ALL 9 MONTHS

• Four Recital Classes: $188 A MONTH FOR ALL 9 MONTHS

• Five Recital Classes: $219 A MONTH FOR ALL 9 MONTHS

• Six Recital Classes: $250 A MONTH FOR ALL 9 MONTHS

• For Each Additional Recital Class After Six: Just Add $30 A Month For All 9 Months

• 1st Year Baby Ballet: $40 A Month For First Six Months Enrolled AND FREE For The Remaining Months Enrolled 

• -Add Acrobatics and / or Leaps & Turns: For Only $10 More A Month.

• -Take ONLY Acrobatics and / or Leaps & Turns: For $70 A Month

• -Siblings: Subtract $10 A Month 

• Any student who wishes to take a class BUT not participate in recital may do so but must contact us to set up the proper amount owed.                                                                               

 

Recital and Tickets:

Our recital will take place on a Saturday in late May / early June (it is usually the third weekend of May). The exact date will be posted by January 2027. All recital participants are REQUIRED to attend a full dress-rehearsal on the Friday beforehand. The actual recital(s) will be on Saturday. Our youngest Ballet/Tumble combo class students will only be in the 4pm show. All other classes do two shows (12pm and 4pm on the same Saturday). Recital tickets will be available at the studio a few weeks before the event and at the door on recital night. Detailed ticket info will be passed out closer to our show date.

 

NSF Payments:

Amy’s Elite Dance Force will automatically debit any credit card on file for the amount of any NSF Paper Check Transaction plus a $30 NSF fee. There is a $15 fee for a declined credit card transaction that will be automatically added to your account. Please keep all cards on file current.

 

Absences:

There are no refunds or credits given if a student is absent from class. You are able to make-up classes within the same month in another class of the same level. In the event that your usual instructor is absent, another qualified member of our staff will be available to substitute the lesson. If a substitute cannot be provided, the class will be rescheduled by the instructor.

 

Termination of Lessons:

A withdrawal form must be signed to discontinue any lessons. The withdrawal form must be filled out by the first of the month it is intended for. To withdraw from lessons a parent or adult student must:

1. Inform Miss Amy in person or via email (must confirm you receive a reply - if you do not get a reply; that means we do not know and your withdrawal has not been finalized).

2. Pay off all fees owed on your studio account

3. Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by Amy’s Elite Dance Force

--Please note that a student will be considered a student and billed accordingly unless a withdrawal form is completed and all outstanding payments have been paid in full.

--Please note that all registrations and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a student drops a class or withdraws from all lessons, no refunds or credits will be provided. Additionally, upon withdrawal, all items, including costumes and other materials, will be forfeited and will not be provided to the student. 

 

Holidays:

We follow the BCISD school schedule for the following holidays only (these are the only days lessons will not be held on): Halloween (October 31, 2026), Thanksgiving Week (November 23-27, 3026), Christmas Break (December 21, 2026 - January 6, 2027), Winter Break (February 8-12, 2027), and Spring Break (March 22-26, 2027).

Payment Policies and Procedures

Important Tuition Reminders:

- September tuition will be processed on the first Monday that the dance season begins.

- A $15 late fee will be applied on that first Wednesday of the dance season if payment is not made by then.

- For all other months, tuition is due on the 1st of each month, with a $15 late fee applied on the 5th if payment is not made by then. 

- If no payment has been made by the 10th of the month, that month's balance along with your $15 late fee will automatically be charged to the payment method on file; which is required at sign up. 

Payment Instructions:

- All payments must be made through your online account.

- We strongly encourage setting up auto-draft to avoid late fees.

Note that:

- Bank accounts have no processing fees.

- Card payments have a 3% fee added to them.

- If a bank account declines, a $30 NSF fee will be charged. 

- If a card declines, a $15 fee will be charged.

Please ensure timely payments to avoid additional fees. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

 

We, the staff at Amy’s Elite Dance Force, recognize our obligation to make sure our students and their parents are aware of the risks and hazards involved in the sport of dance. By signing this online waiver, you release Amy’s Elite Dance Force and all its employees from all claims on account of any injury which may be sustained by you or your child while attending any dance class, event, or outside performance. In signing this waiver, you also acknowledge your responsibility in paying monthly tuition, any associated costume fees, entry / recital fees for performances or competitions, and all other communicated costs involved. You also affirm you now have and will continue to carry proper primary medical, health, hospitalization, and accident insurance which you consider adequate for the protection of both your child and Amy’s Elite Dance Force. By signing this online waiver, you also provide Amy’s Elite Dance Force permission to use any class and / or performance photos/videos of your dancer for promotional and registration purposes.

 

Amy’s Elite Dance Force reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without notice.
In such a case, no refund will be given.
Amy’s Elite Dance Force reserves the right to change policies as needed.
Students will be notified of changes when they occur.
